at queenie brand, every piece is made to order with intention. your item is created specifically for you once your order is placed.
production time
most orders are produced within 8 to 12 business days.
during launches, holidays, or higher volume periods, it may take a little longer. we always work to move your order through as efficiently as possible.
production time is separate from shipping time.
shipping - united states
we currently ship within the united states using standard shipping.
shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your order total.
we offer:
• standard shipping (flat rate at checkout)
• free u.s. shipping on orders over $200
once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
estimated delivery dates at checkout are carrier estimates and not guaranteed.

we currently ship within the united states.
shipping to canada is coming soon.
once available, canadian orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or import fees set by local authorities. these are the responsibility of the customer.
tracking
you’ll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
address accuracy
please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
because each piece is made to order, we’re unable to guarantee replacements for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
lost or stolen packages
once a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
if this happens, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
